Terms & Conditions

We are a Canadian store, and therefore sell in metric measurements.

We sell in 1 meter increments online. In-store, you have the option of purchasing in increments of 0.25 meters.

You may place orders directly through our online store, which is simple, convenient, and secure. All orders are processed upon check out, and if there is a discrepancy, you will be contacted and reimbursed accordingly.

If you prefer, feel free to call in to the store to place your order during store hours at 1-604-856-0420. Sometimes this is the best way to place an order if you have questions regarding quantities, matching fabrics, or availability of products not shown on the website. If we are unable to answer the phone, or if you call outside of store hours, please leave a message and we will call you back.

Orders are filled ASAP, and are subject to store inventory changes. If an order is a special order or we are waiting on an arrival of new inventory, your order will take 7-10 business days to fill. If an amount or item ordered is not available, we will contact you to let you know.


Please note that orders are processed upon checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled in any part or whole, you will be contacted and another option given, or reimbursement made, in the tender used to purchase.

You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or PayPal.

If you select PayPal as a payment method, there is no “pop-up” screen for PayPal at the time you place your order. Instead, when your order has been packaged and shipping and tax charges have been determined, a PayPal invoice will be sent to the email address you have provided in your order. As well, an email will be sent to notify you of this.

Please note, that you do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. Selecting PayPal allows you to pay with your Visa or Mastercard, Debit or Discover. If you have an account with PayPal, you can also pay directly from your bank account.

Money orders and personal cheques are not accepted. 


All items in the store are sold in Canadian dollars. If you live outside of Canada, your credit card company will automatically do the conversion on the payment, and it will show in your country’s currency on your statement. To get an idea of the conversion, refer to this conversion website:


Canadian Customers: ALL purchases are subject to the current GST tax. The tax is not included in the price shown on the website or on the labels of the items we have in store. 

US Customers: We will not be charging any state taxes on your shipment as we are a Canadian company. Taxes will be your responsibility according to your state’s requirements. Your order will pass through customs. You are allowed $800 US duty free each day.

International Customers: We will not be charging any taxes on your shipment as we are a Canadian company. Taxes will be your responsibility according to your country’s requirements. Your order will pass through customs. You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or tariffs charged.


We are committed to providing excellent customer service and top quality products. If you are not satisfied with our products or service, please let us know.  If your order has been damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we may proceed with taking remedial action.

Due to copyright laws, we cannot accept returns of books, patterns, magazines, and DVD’s. 

Cut fabric is non-refundable.

Other items may be returned at your shipping expense. They must be in original packaging, and in new, unused condition. Your refund will be processed as an in-store credit only.
