For all orders under $100.00 CAD, flat rate of $35.00
For all orders over $100.01 CAD, flat rate of $45.00
*Does not include batting 


For all orders up to $20(CAD) before taxes, flat rate is $30.00

For all orders from $20 - $50(CAD) before taxes, flat rate is $40.00

For all orders from $50 - $100(CAD) before taxes, flat rate is $50.00

For all orders from $100 - $200(CAD) before taxes, flat rate is $80.00

For all orders from $200(CAD) and above, before taxes, flat rate is $100.00

*Batting Exception - If the amount of batting that you are requiring costs over the amount that we have stipulated to ship, we will contact you and will require that you pay the difference in the shipping costs.


Chitter Chatter Fabrics is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Any delays from weather, or other means outside of our control, are not the responsibility of Chitter Chatter Fabrics. Once we have shipped your order, it is now the responsibility of the delivery service.

Please ensure that you have given us the correct shipping address. We can not do refunds for orders that have been sent to an incorrect address that was given to us. If your order is returned to us, we will do our very best to contact you to let you know. However, in order for us to ship it again, a new shipping charge will be issued to you.

If you require insurance and/or a signature for your order, please call the store and let us know at 1-604-856-0420. We will be happy to help you, though this will require an additional charge on your behalf.

If your order is lost by the delivery service and no insurance was purchased, there is no coverage. However, we will submit a claim on your behalf, tho no guarantees are made.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, it is the delivery service’s responsibility. Be aware that they will ask for extensive pictures as part of their documentation process, so be sure to take pictures right away. We submit the claim, but we rely on you, the customer, to provide us with the required information and pictures in a prompt manner.
